Job Hunter's Tip of the Week-#3 -
I need a job but I don't know where to look!

The most obvious place to look for a job is in your local newspaper. Many employers will start there when they have a spot to fill. Some will place signs in their store windows or on their property. There are also job announcements on the radio. A new popular place to find job openings is on the internet. Many companies use the internet because it reaches a wider audience and it can get the word out faster. Don’t worry if you don’t have internet access from home. Just head out to your local Service Canada office (on Milltown Blvd.), Library or Community Access Center (located at the High School) and they can help you find those job openings on the information highway.
