CMHA Obstacles to Opportunities Workshop Follow Up - May 8th, 2007
The CMHA Workshop "Obstacles to Opportunities: A Work/Life Balance" was held on Thursday May 3rd at the Fairmont Algonquin Hotel. 80 plus people were in attendance to hear key note speaker Barry Shanebaum talk about his life voyage with BiPolar disorder, and how he has been able to overcome these challenges to find a new life on the other side of darkness.

Also speaking on Work/Life Balance were Tim Kelly, of Workplace Health Outcomes Inc., and Tracy Friars, the Celebrate Coordinator for District 6 and employee with Innovatia/Aliant.

CMHA Charlotte County would like to thank all who attended for making this workshop a great success. And to our 3 speakers, thank you for taking time out of your busy schedules to share you knowledge and expertise. It was a day of information and empowerment!!
