Our Objectives Are:
- To provide employment related services to people in Charlotte County who have significant barriers to employment.
- To find ways of overcoming these barriers that will continue on after employment is found.
- To encourage employers to become a more diversified workforce.
- To assist the new employee, and their employer, for a period of time to ensure the best outcome for all involved.
